Petitions aimed at a government authority or institution are started on the platform are free.  For campaigns that are aimed at a receiver that is not in the public sector, a one-time service fee is charged.

The affected regional jurisdictions and the authority, public institution or politically responsible person are specified.  The issue to be addressed must be explained, the solution proposed, and the reason why other people should support the petition given.  An image and video URL can be uploaded and other details specified.

The process is concluded with the addition of the basic details about the petition author.
