Norwich BID Corona Recovery Plan

The plan established a recovery strategy for Norwich of key actions to support business to move through prerecovery, to recovery from the corona crisis, and then to transformation. It recognized the need for and suggested a Key Partner Framework comprising local authority councils, the business community and academia.
