Transparency International Canada (TI Canada) is the Canadian chapter of the world’s leading nongovernmental anticorruption organization. The vision of Transparency International (TI) is a world in which government, politics, business, civil society and the daily lives of people are free from corruption.
TI Canada continues the global mandate of TI by combatting corruption across Canada and reducing the role of Canadian companies and individuals contributing to corruption worldwide. Through research and advocacy programs, it promotes stronger government legislation, increased accountability and better whistleblower protection.
As registered Canadian nonprofit organization, it is operated by a volunteer board and relies on donations from supporters to continue its work.
