The Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) is a member-driven cooperative that brings together initiatives and leading actors to increase action towards a zero-emission, efficient and resilient buildings and construction sector. Based in Paris, France, and hosted by the UNEP, it is a voluntary network of national and local governments, intergovernmental and international non-governmental organizations, the private sector and civil society.
It is a catalyst for global intersector action by key stakeholders. It advocates the importance of the buildings and construction sector for global climate action.
GlobalABC encourages policy frameworks that promote existing, cost-effective solutions and private sector innovation.
