ClientEarth is a global network that uses the power of law to bring about change to protect the Earth and works in partnership across borders and sectors to change the system. Based in London, England, the environmental law charity is active in over 60 countries supporting the requisite systemic change.
The weak enforcement of law is one of the greatest barriers to protecting the Earth and its inhabitants. ClientEarth ingeniously uses the legal system as a lever of change and to enforce it.
ClientEarth does not shy away from challenging governments and businesses in court in pursuit of environmental justice.
