The Asia Foundation is a nonprofit international development organization committed to improving lives and expanding opportunities across Asia and the Pacific. With a resident office in Hanoi since 2000, the Foundation supports Vietnam’s continued growth and rising regional and international stature with programs in critical areas, such as women’s economic empowerment, environmental resilience, girls’ education, inclusive economic growth, migrant-worker rights, and regional and international integration.
The Foundation partners with government, the private sector, and civil society to encourage responsive and transparent governance, build a sustainable and inclusive economy, address challenges and promote opportunities presented by climate change, advance gender equality.
